Moving from the UK, this was our first home in NZ and within a few weeks we had no power. I phoned Jenco after a google... search and they attended within the hour. This was heat pump installation for top bedroom with heat pump on ground.Did prequote inspection to check complex... site. Gave prompt written quote at a very reasonable price..The units were held up with COVID shipping issues but Jenco kept in contact and varied installation times.As soon as units arrived they confirmed installation date. Arrived promptly very professional installation and finish. To a much higher standard than 2 pumps installed by another specialist company.Very tidy and polite on site. Cleaned and vacuumed before they left.This is exceptional work!!read more

I have used Jenco Electrical for the past few years as a landlord and also for myself and my elderly parents. They are... so responsive and so quick to fit in the job (which is usually pretty urgent in my case!). The electricians are always polite and seem to carry a good stock of spare parts in their vans which means they finish the job in one visit.
